Thank you for shopping with us. We take great pride in creating beautiful and unique dried flower arrangements, and we hope that you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. We take great care in creating each piece, and we want to ensure that every customer receives a product that is in pristine condition.

In the unlikely event that there is an issue with your order, such as damage during shipping, please let us know within 5 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Issues must be reported to us within 5 business days of delivery confirmation. 

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Items that cannot be returned or exchanged include all dried floral arrangements and all custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges/Replacements

Items may be exchanged or replaced on a case by case basis. If it is determined that your items were damaged during shipping, a replacement may be made for you. We may request photos as documentation of the damage which helps us evaluate any issues and submit claims to the shipping provider.
